“Quality property and helpful staff. Our room had a problem and the staff went out of their way to remedy the situation.”

“The room had a lovely view of the mountains and it was reasonably spacious. The onsite restaurant was handy and the soup and pizza I had were delicious, as was the scrambled eggs with ciabatta - it opens at 6.30 am for breakfast which is great for early risers. The staff were all helpful and very pleasant. The TV doesn't have a lot of options but overall, everything was very good and value for money.”

“This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!”

“My sister and I shared Spike 1 and 2, which was perfect for being in Queenstown for 4 nights. It's a really nice unit, and it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to keep the place warm (which is not a given in NZ in July). It was close enough to downtown that we just walked there. We really loved our time there. The only downside is that the WiFi kept dropping, and there was a morning where it just wasn't working, so this might not be the best option for someone who needs a reliable...

“L'hotel e' bello ma decisamente lontano dalla città, 11km. Durante il soggiorno non ci sono state rimess ed le bustine di caffe' e di zucchero in camera.”

“The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”

“Camera molto vecchiotta con nessun ricircolo di aria, nemmeno in bagno. Spettacolare la vista. La colazione è scadente: muffin e plum cake che sapevano di merendine tagliati a metà, cosa di bassa qualità. Buffet piccolo. Il parcheggio non incluso e a pagamento abbassa lo standard.”
