“Our stay at Kamana Lakehouse was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, beautiful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail made us feel so well looked after. They really went above and beyond to make our experience...

“I’ve booked this place a few times during my stay in Queenstown. Apartment is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. My room had a big smart TV on an adjustable arm which is a bonus. I love the location, everything is a few minutes drive away.”

“Hotel confortevole vicino alla fermata dei bus”

“Great hotel & well-priced. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. If you stay here, be prepared to negotiate your way up & down a pretty steep hill when walking to & from central Queenstown. Not suitable for those with mobility challenges. The Coco Cabana serves a delicious coco oat bowl for breakfast. However, it closes at 8:30pm & there is no room service after this time.”

“Beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu”

“Overall, it was fine, but the water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold while I was showering.”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”

“Breakfast was nice and staffs were very friendly. Not impressed with house keeping service. For family of 4, they were leaving only 2 fresh towels . Everyday they were only refilling sugar only and no coffee sachets.. Location is good. I believe that parking should be included in package.”

“Had a great stay. We stayed in the superior mountain view room and it was well kept and warm, the view of the remarkables from our room was amazing. The staff was lovely. The shared kitchen and bbq area was great. Would recommend staying here”

“L'hotel e' bello ma decisamente lontano dalla città, 11km. Durante il soggiorno non ci sono state rimess ed le bustine di caffe' e di zucchero in camera.”

“We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was exactly what we asked for. The place itself was warm and all the amenities were provided which was helpful. We found the staff very nice and accomodating and the free shuttle to town was a nice touch. Only comment on our cabin was that one of the wall heaters in the room wasn’t working”

“El hotel está muy bien ubicado y tiene excelentes vistas al lago, todo el personal es muy amable, hay muchos argentinos y españoles en el staff y nos dieron un trato de lujo especialmente agustina, de lo que más me gustó del Hotel es el desayuno tienes de todo sumamente completo el café es buenísimo y la vista desde el restaurant es espectacular el Hotel ofrece todos los días, pan, galletas y tés sin costo en el lobby. Recomiendo ampliamente las habitaciones son limpias y bien ordenadas”

“Liked the cleanliness and cheerful staff. Very environmentally friendly with a great view and not too many levels! Good bar. Poor room amenities and flooring drab and dirty in lobby/corridor areas. No information file. Television very difficult to pair with my Netflix”

“The 2 mattresses were so old that springs were protruding out of them into our backs. We had to flip them over and sleep on that base as the were the old ones that are not double sided. There was a broken part of the shower liner. The wood behind surely will be getting water damage. There were holes in the walls from screws that were no longer there. There was no curtain or blind in the loft bedroom and when asked about it, the response was sorry no there are none in any of them. We had to hang...

“Very well organized and you have a lot more privacy then an hostel, beds not very comfortable ”

“空港が近いので飛行機の音が時々するが、それ以外は静かないい景色の中で滞在できた。基本的にキャンプ場なので車の無い旅行者はお店が遠くて苦労した。それ以外はキッチン設備も整っているし、デロンギのネスプレッソマシーンも活用させてもらったし、快適だった。”
